Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bike rider to join a leading company in Qatar. The ideal candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage staff efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver food, parcels, or documents to customers on time.
• Ensure accurate order handling and verify customer details.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.
• Implement health and safety regulations.
• Assist in budgeting, sales targets, and cost control.
• Handle products with care to prevent damage.
• Follow company guidelines on handling cash (if applicable).
• Maintain a neat and presentable appearance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bike rider or similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skill
• Need Sri Lankan bike license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Must be complete target with in month
• Must be an active and healthy.
