Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced COOK,CHEF,COMMI 3, CASHIER,CDP, SUPERVISOR, BRANCH SUPERVISOR,WAITER,JANITOR,ASSISTANT CHEF to join a leading restaurant in Qatar. he ideal candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage staff efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
COOK
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen
- Assist in inventory and stock management
- Ensure timely delivery of orders
CHEF
- Plan and create menus, ensuring variety and creativity
- Supervise kitchen staff and maintain high food quality
- Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene regulations
- Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with suppliers
COMMI 3 (Junior Cook)
- Assist in basic food preparation and cutting vegetables
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations
- Support senior chefs in day-to-day operations
- Follow instructions and learn kitchen procedures
CASHIER
- Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintain records of cash and card sales
- Provide customer receipts and issue refunds when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter area
CDP (Chef de Partie)
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, pastry)
- Supervise and guide junior staff like Commis
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation
- Maintain stock and order supplies as needed
SUPERVISOR
- Oversee daily operations and ensure team productivity
- Monitor employee performance and address issues
- Handle customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate between management and staff
Requirements:
- Must have experience in Sri Lanka
- Age below 35
- proficient spray painting and roller painting
