Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced COOK,CHEF,COMMI 3, CASHIER,CDP, SUPERVISOR, BRANCH SUPERVISOR,WAITER,JANITOR,ASSISTANT CHEF to join a leading restaurant in Qatar. he ideal candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage staff efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

COOK

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen
• Assist in inventory and stock management
• Ensure timely delivery of orders

CHEF

• Plan and create menus, ensuring variety and creativity
• Supervise kitchen staff and maintain high food quality
• Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene regulations
• Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with suppliers

COMMI 3 (Junior Cook)

• Assist in basic food preparation and cutting vegetables
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations
• Support senior chefs in day-to-day operations
• Follow instructions and learn kitchen procedures

CASHIER

• Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately
• Maintain records of cash and card sales
• Provide customer receipts and issue refunds when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter area

CDP (Chef de Partie)

• Manage a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, pastry)
• Supervise and guide junior staff like Commis
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation
• Maintain stock and order supplies as needed

SUPERVISOR

• Oversee daily operations and ensure team productivity
• Monitor employee performance and address issues
• Handle customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate between management and staff

Requirements:

• Must have experience in Sri Lanka
• Age below 35
• proficient spray painting and roller painting
